In (February) of 1402, Kevil and Loria bought a house in Marsember from a minor nobleman who wished to move his summer home to a new location. (After the citywide enchantment/miasma and its drastic cure during the summer and fall of 1401, many part-time residents, and even a significant number of full-time residents, made such a decision. The house, though it seems very grand, came to the couple at a bargain price.)
