<Sanriel> ::awkwardly drapes the blanket out on the ground, then slowly settles down, being careful to not bend his left leg too much:: Ahhh! ::beams happily at the clear blue sky, then smiles at Tarri and pats the blanket beside him::

* Tarri sets down her small basket, then settles on the blanket next to Sanriel. She smiles at him. "I'm glad we talked Jaret into this. You're starting to get pale, staying in the sickroom so much."

<Sanriel> ::blushes:: Well.. at least I'm being good, right...? ::small smile as he takes Tarri's hand::

<Tarri> You've been *really* good, San. It's amazing. I probably would've gone mad or something by now. ::she smiles and kisses his cheek::

<Sanriel> ::blushes happily again:: I probably would have, if not for you... ::squeezes Tarri's hand and stares lovingly at her for a long moment::

<Tarri> ::blushes:: I'm... glad I could help.

<Sanriel> you've been... just wonderful, my beloved... ::leans over to kiss her lips lightly, then leans back and smiles::

<Sanriel> I don't mean to be a pester about it, but... when do you think it would be safe to really try to move around again? To try to get back into shape... to show you more about the forest..?

<Tarri> ::looks somewhat doubtful:: Well... You've started moving around a little, so you know how much effort just walking can be... ::she smiles a little:: I'm looking forward to you teaching me things, but I don't want you to strain yourself. We have plenty of time... ::she touches his face gently:: All the time we need.

<Sanriel> ::sighs softly at the touch, turning slightly to kiss Tarri's fingers:: I know, dearest... ::small sigh:: I just... miss it.

<Sanriel> ::smiles gently:: I won't rush things, though. I've learned that much.

<Tarri> ::runs her fingers through his hair:: I know. I wish... I wish I could help. Maybe when Lady Ferrinsdottir returns, she'll be able to think of a way to help. But for now... ::she gestures at the gardens around them:: ...I'm afraid this is the best we can do. ::she looks a little concerned::

<Sanriel> ::looks at Tarri carefully, giving a gently touch on her shoulder:: What is it?

<Tarri> ::smiles quickly:: I just wish there were a way to help you... heal faster, or something. I know how much you love being out there.

<Sanriel> ::shakes his head:: I'll deal with it.. I'll learn to. ::wry smile:: I'm learning a lot here, after all... just another lesson, right?

<Tarri> ::smiles and gives him a close, if careful, hug.:: You're so brave and good. ::she giggles softly:: Ingaliese tells me I'm lucky you're such a good patient.

<Sanriel> ::blushes:: She said that?

<Tarri> ::nods, still cuddled close:: You take your medicine when you're told, hold as still as you can for changing bandages, and are hardly grumpy at all about being restricted... She says you're rarer than diamonds as a patient. ::grins at him:: That's not *all* you're rare as, but I wasn't going to tell her that.

<Sanriel> ::blushes and holds Tarri close, smiling at the wonderful feel of her closeness:: I think you deserve at least part of the credit... I think a lot of my being strong and good is because you're there. ::giggle::

<Tarri> ::giggles as she snuggles closer:: Oh, I see. You're just being on your best behavior for me. ::she grins impishly at him:: And in a few years when you've gotten used to me, I suppose you'll revert to being a bad patient, complaining about the medicine and growling about having to stay in bed?

<Sanriel> ::grins and kisses the top of Tarri's head:: Maybe.

<Tarri> ::giggles:: Okay. ::she sighs happily:: I wouldn't blame you.

<Sanriel> I guess we'll just see what the future hold for us. ::softly cradling Tarri::

<Sanriel> But even if I complain and get crotchety.. I'll still love you.

<Tarri> Mmm-hmm. As long as it holds us together. ::she smiles up at him, then kisses him gently::

<Sanriel> I love holding together with you, Tarri... ::returns the kiss tenderly::

<Tarri> Mmmm. Maybe when you get better control over your... your visions, you'll be able to see what the future holds for us. ::she nestles her head against his shoulder:: I hope it's happy.

<Sanriel> ::small sigh:: Maybe... Though I'm not sure I want to know. I like just taking each day with you.

<Tarri> ::glances up at him:: Is something wrong?

<Sanriel> ::shakes his head slightly with a small frown:: It just seems... I don't kow, like.. like all of my visions are warnings, predicting bad things. I don't want to have visions like that about us...

<Tarri> ::smiles slightly:: You had a vision about us - or at least me - that first time we went berry-picking, and it didn't seem to be bad at all. Don't you remember me telling you?

<Sanriel> ::smiles suddenly:: Oh yeah.. I had almost forgotten.

<Sanriel> Maybe... ::pauses a moment:: maybe I just don't normally hear about the good ones?

<Tarri> Maybe. ::she smiles:: Or maybe... maybe you have visions of things that people need to know about, for some reason or another? And it just stands to reason that people should know about the bad things, so they can try to avoid them.

<Sanriel> ::softly:: Maybe... ::small smile:: That would be nice... to be able to help people.

<Sanriel> And maybe if I learn to control it better, I'll have a chance to figure out what they mean in time to do something.

<Tarri> ::strokes his cheek softly:: There you go. If you can't get rid of it, then you'll just have to make the best of it... And I'll always be with you, even if bad things happen. ::she smiles at him::

<Sanriel> ::smiles back as he catches and kisses her hand:: And that.. is the most amazing thing I've ever heard...

<Tarri> It seems like the most natural thing in the world to me. I love you so much... I can't imagine being without you now.

<Sanriel> ::smiles in delight and shakes his head:: Me, either. It's amazing.. it's been such a short time since we met... and yet, it seems like it's been so long; so *right*. ::leans down to kiss her again gently::

* Tarri wraps her arms around his neck and twines her fingers in his hair. "Mmmmm..."

* Sanriel holds Tarri closer, continuing the sweet kiss for long minutes, running his hands lightly up and down her back.

<Tarri> ::After a long while, she sighs and pulls away just enough to look into his eyes, her expression a little awed.:: I love you so much...

<Sanriel> Oh, Tarri... ::blinking hard, his eyes looking a trifle more liquid:: I love you.

* Sanriel reaches up to trace her eyebrows slowly, staring lost into her eyes.

* Tarri continues to match Sanriel's gaze for a moment, then closes her eyes to enjoy his caresses.

* Sanriel gently runs his fingers along Tarri's forehead, then over the curve of her cheeks, lightly rising and falling with the bridge of her nose before swinging around and down along her chin, then over her sweet lips.

* Tarri makes quiet, contented noises, kissing Sanriel's fingers lightly as they pass over her lips. "Mmm. I love your touch..."

<Sanriel> ::smiles with a contented little hum:: And I love touching you...

* Sanriel leans in to kiss Tarri again while her eyes are closed, brushing his lips gently with hers before pressing slightly closer.

<Tarri> O-mMM. ::She leans into the kiss, wrapping her arms around him again::

<Sanriel> ::rests his cheek against hers when he finally pulls away from the kiss, his breath coming slightly faster:: Am I still getting better, my precious Princess?

<Tarri> ::sighs happily:: Oh, yes. ::she rests her head against his shoulder, lightly nuzzling his neck:: Better and better. ::she giggles a little:: Practice makes perfect...

<Sanriel> mmm.... ::lets out a long, happy sigh:: Definitely need to make sure to practice a lot, then. I have a lot of perfection to live up to. ::squeezes Tarri a little tighter for a moment::

<Tarri> ::giggles again:: I don't know how you do it, sweetling. Every time I think it can't possibly get any better, you still manage it. ::she pulls back a little to look at him with mock solemnity:: But it's important to practice often. To keep your hand in, you know. ::the solemn face breaks and she giggles yet again, hugging him close::

<Sanriel> ::giggles and grins a wide and foolish grin:: I promise to keep practicing with you, then. Wouldn't want to get rusty. That just wouldn't do at all... ::happy murmur::

<Sanriel> ::softly:: It is amazing... how it keeps seeming to get better... we keep getting closer... ::pauses and shakes his head slightly:: Amazing...

* Tarri looks up at him with a smile. "I'm glad you feel that way. You... you deserve something really amazing."

<Sanriel> ::blushes and smiles back:: You *are*, beloved. You are. ::gazes lovingly into Tarri's eyes::

<Tarri> ::flushes and laughs softly:: I... Thank you. You're amazing to *me*.

<Sanriel> Good! I still don't really understand how, but... I love you.. this.. *us*.

<Sanriel> ::softly mumurred:: My sweet Princess... ::happy sigh::

<Tarri> ::echoes his sigh, snuggling close:: My brave Prince... my Hero...

* Sanriel cradles Tarri close, petting her hair and relaxing completely, cuddled in place with her on the blanket.

* Tarri sighs happily and relaxes into Sanriel's embrace, content to just be with him.

<Sanriel> Can we spend longer out tomorrow, Tarri? ::smiling happily::

<Tarri> Mmm... I hope so. How's your leg feel?

<Sanriel> ::grins slightly:: Leg?

<Tarri> ::giggles::

<Sanriel> ::little chuckle:: It feels pretty good right now, but I think I'm a little distracted.

<Tarri> ::nods:: It seems likely. We'll see how it feels tomorrow. But you really *should* get *some* fresh air every day, even if you just walk around the yard once and come back in. ::she smiles up at him:: I like this method, though.

<Sanriel> ::smiles back:: Me, too. Some walking is probably a good idea, but... ::squeezes Tarri close:: a bit later. I don't want to get up just yet. ::smiles and kisses the tip of her nose::

<Tarri> ::chuckles and snuggles close again:: No. Not just yet. ::She rests her head on his shoulder and sighs contentedly, lightly tracing her fingers up and down his arm::

<Sanriel> mmmmm... your touch always feels nice, too. ::smiles and leans his head on hers, looking happily up at the sky::
